Vice Minister II Byung-Kyu Kang met with President Sarana Thepnao of the Municipal Officer Association of Thailand on March 19, 2009. The meeting was part of the Executive Training Program for Thai City CEOs organized by LOGODI (Local Government Officials Development Institute). Thai delegation and MOPAS officials exchanged views on local administration and finance.
