Vice Minister II Byung-Kyu Kang met with Secretary Humayun Kabir of the Bangladesh Election Commission on April 15, 2009. and discussed issues of mutual interest including the resident registration system and local election. Bangladesh delegation and MOPAS officials also exchanged views to expand bilateral cooperation.
