The Asia's biggest e-Learning Event will be Held in Korea this coming September!

□ The Asia's biggest e-learning event which will provide a panoramic view on the past and the future of e-learning is going to be held in Seoul, Korea. All eyes are on the e-Learning Expo Korea 2009 and e-Learning Asia Conference 2009, which are to be held at the same time between Sep. 02 (Wed.) and Sep. 04 (Thur.)

ㅇ The event which is held in collaboration of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Ministry of Knowledge Economy will make the first full week of September as a e-learning festival week by holding the international fair, conference and various additional events. Moreover, it will be a good opportunity to share the up-to-date e-learning information and introduce the excellent results of e-learning activities of Korea since a great number of specialist and experts from Europe and Asia will visit the event including the Chairman of the Europe Long-Distance University Association, David Vincent who will deliver the keynote remarks for the meaningful event.

ㅇ Also, the IMS Learning Impact 2010 Asia-Pacific Regional Competition which is one of the additional event will select an Asia Team to participate into the IMS Learning Impact 2010 by searching outstanding products and services of enterprises and educational institutions related to information-oriented education .

ㅇ The highlight of the e-Learning Asia Conference 2009 will be the invited speaker Dr. Rob Abel who is the CEO of the IMS GLC. He will deliver a speech on the e-learning strategy.
