The 15th Busan Sea Festival

Since 1996, the Busan Sea Festival has begun on August 1 every year in various beaches in Busan, including Haeundae Beach and Gwangalli Beach. 

The festival consists of forty programs and high-quality cultural performances providing the romance and pleasure of a resort city to Busan residents as well as tourists. 

The opening ceremony of the festival features Korean celebrities and the Busan Municipal Art Troupe, who come together to hold a large-scale concert along with a brilliant fireworks showcase lighting up the night sky over Haeundae Beach.
