  Russian delegation visits MOPAS

Vice Minister I Jung Chang-sub met with Sergey N. Dubik, Head of the Civil Service department of the President of the Russian Federation on October 8, 2009 and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in ethics in public service. The delegation also exchanged views on government organization and the civil service system.
