Vice Minister I Jung Chang-sub met with Bahram Khalilov, Chairman of the Civil Service Commission of Azerbaijan on October 27, 2009 and exchanged views on civil service system. The delegation also discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in electronic human resource management.
