Minister Maeng, Hyung Kyu met with Roberto Gallardo Nunez, Costa Rica's Minister of National Planning and Economic Policy (third from right) and five other Ministers from member countries of the Central America Integration System (SICA) on April 25, 2012. Minister Maeng and the SICA delegation discussed exchanged views to expand cooperation in e-government and public security.
