1st year (2023) Korean records management institutions and system
2nd year (2024) Records transfer, arrangement, description, records management process and other practices
3rd year (2025) Management of digital records and exploration of other developmental measures

The 2nd year course is focused on problem-solving, reflecting the needs of the National Archives of Sri Lanka as identified in preliminary discussions.
