  Nigerian delegation visits MOPAS

Vice Minister Byung-Kyu Kang met with Mr. Samuel Okpokpor, Office of the Head of Service, Delta State Government of Nigeria on March 19, 2009. The meeting was part of the KOICA Training Program organized by LOGODI (Local Government Officials Development Institute). Nigerian delegation and MOPAS officials exchanged views on the efficiency of government organizations, civil service system, and local administration.
